Hybrid technology is widely used in the automotive industry. We demonstrated our pioneering spirit here years ago. From high-voltage cable assembly with grommets and conduits to 3D clamping and laying boards – thanks to the impetus from industry and government, we have been involved from the very beginning and are right in the thick of things. Our aim now and in the near future is to increase our focus and knowledge in this branch of the automotive sector.

for HV cables
Always the right lengthDo you want to install aramid, silicone, crash and heat protection conduits or grommets on high-voltage cables? Then you’ve come to the right place. This is because we design semi-automatic systems that provide you with optimum support during this process.
The cables are cut to length fully automatically using an extremely precise length measuring system. The cable drums are fed from an unwinder directly through modules for hose assembly. Several different hose types in various lengths can be mounted on cables of different lengths. This modular assembly system is designed for different wire harness variants.
We also offer specific individual solutions for the entire HV cable assembly process. We focus on grommets, silicone, aramid and braided hoses as well as various operations on cables and cable ends. We also implement networking of the individual production systems and traceability in conjunction with an SQL database.
This enables us to ensure that the HV cables are assembled precisely and reliably.
