Maximum precision is requiredThe production of components in accordance with drawings is monitored in 100% inspections. Various nominal dimensions with tolerances of a few 0.01 mm have to be monitored and evaluated. Depending on the requirement level, queries or measurements can be provided in our systems, which contribute to the quality assurance of the products with repeat accuracy. The design is based on the required measuring equipment capability and the customer’s requirements.
The measured values can be stored in databases and analyzed graphically. The data can be transferred to a central data acquisition or MES system at any time.
