Filip Slaný has been the managing director of PRO.EFF GmbH in Minden since September 1, 2026.
Mr. Slaný brings many years of experience in corporate management and international business. Most recently, he served as managing director of Krofian GmbH in Attendorn. There, he was responsible for the company’s financial and strategic development, as well as for establishing the facility. In addition to operational management, he oversaw the implementation of complex projects for industrial clients. In this role, he collaborated with clients from various industries and gained experience in developing custom automation solutions.
Previously, he served as Director of European Sales at Westfalia Metallschlauchtechnik. He holds a degree in business administration and is familiar with the needs of international industrial customers based on many years of collaboration. His experience combines leadership with an understanding of technical projects and the needs of his customers.
