Since September 1, 2026, Filip Slaný has been Managing Director of PRO.EFF GmbH in Minden.
Mr. Slaný brings many years of experience in corporate management and international business. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Krofian GmbH in Attendorn, where he was responsible for the company’s economic and strategic development as well as the expansion of the site. In addition to operational management, he was responsible for the implementation of demanding projects for industrial customers. In this role, he worked with customers from various industries and gained extensive experience in developing customized automation solutions.
Previously, he managed European sales as Director European Sales at Westfalia Metallschlauchtechnik. He holds a degree in business administration and has a strong understanding of the requirements of international industrial customers based on many years of cooperation. His experience combines company leadership with a deep understanding of technical projects and customer requirements.
